Wildwood Zoo provides visitors a family adventure in a  natural park environment featuring displays of North American animals.  The zoo is a place to celebrate the diversity of wildlife, educate visitors about wildlife and habitat preservation while emphasizing the conservation of threatened species.

Our goal is to foster an understanding of our partnership with nature and the environment through animal conservation, education and recreational opportunities.

Admission & Hours 
Wildwood Zoo is free and open to the public, but we do appreciate any donations we receive from our guests!  Donations can be given at the collection boxes at any of the zoo's entrances.

Winter hours are 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. from November 1st - March 31st.
Our large animal drive is open year-round from 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

The zoo is closed for New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Wheelchair Rental
We have two wheelchairs available at no cost for use.  You may ask any of our friendly staff members to for a wheelchair or you can make a request in advance by contacting the City of Marshfield Parks & Recreation office at 715-384-4642.

Basic Rules
Here at Wildwood Park & Zoo, we love sharing our passion for animals and conservation with all of our visitors!  To ensure the best possible experience for both our guests and our animals, we ask that you:
  • not to bring your pets, not feed or harass the animals
  • not lean on or put your hands / fingers through the fences
  • leave your bike / skates by the bike rack near the entrances.
