The City Administrator provides organizational leadership which fosters teamwork and builds the City's capacity to provide quality services. The City Administrator position is appointed by the Common Council and serves at the behest of the Mayor and Council.
The City Administrator provides organizational leadership and oversees policy development, staffing, and finances for the City and is assisted by professional, administrative and clerical support staff to effectively coordinate City services. The position directly supervises the following Department Heads or functions:
- Administrative Specialist HR/Administration
- City Assessor
- Communications Director
- Development Services Director
- Human Resources Director
- Finance Director
- Parks and Recreation Director
- Public Works Director
- Technology Director
