Tax Increment District No. 11 is a “Mixed Use” TIF District and generally includes those properties identified as the Draxler Enterprise, LLC 2015 annexation area of approximately 70 acres located just east of Veterans Parkway and north of Heritage Drive. The City desires to develop these lands as a new mixed-use business district to promote tax base growth, job creation, and orderly development within this community gateway. The purpose for creating TID #11 is to provide the City with a financial tool to promote economic development through public infrastructure improvements and private development incentives within the District boundaries, or within 0.5 miles of the boundary of the District. The District was created on April 12, 2016.
