Zoo Society

The Wildwood Zoological Society was formed in 1972 and, throughout the years, has been involved in planning, funding, and providing volunteers for programming and events that have taken place at Wildwood Zoo. The purpose of the Zoo Society is to generate public interest in and appreciation of the animal kingdom, promote the zoo, and to solicit, raise, collect, and receive contributions, donations, and gifts for the replacement and acquisition of animals for the zoo and improvements on zoo facilities.
